Leslie Kurtz

Leslie Kurtz serves as chief financial officer for Continuous Care, a nurse-led telehealth services company dedicated to providing personalized virtual care that empowers patients to confidently manage their health and achieve the best possible outcomes. In addition, she serves as CFO for Continuous Care’s parent company, Jackson Healthcare.

With more than 30 years of progressive experience in finance and operating roles, Leslie has deep expertise in creating systems and processes to support rapidly growing businesses. She has established a reputation for building high performing teams, and for aligning financial and operational goals to support business strategy and growth. Previously, she was CFO at MedQuest Associates, a subsidiary of Novant Health, where she led the financial, revenue cycle and strategic planning activities of the business. Leslie also held senior leadership roles at Arthur Andersen & Co., Coca-Cola Enterprises, Irwin & Browning and Right Management.

Leslie serves on a number of boards, including Junior Achievement of Georgia, FaithBridge Foster Care and Voices for Georgia’s Children. She also is on the advisory board of the CFO Forum in Atlanta and on the Business Advisory Council of the University of Dayton School of Business. Leslie is a prior CFO Forum honoree, having received its Annual Preeminence Award. She graduated from the University of Dayton.
