Robyn Smith

Robyn Smith is chief human resources officer for Continuous Care, a nurse-led telehealth services company dedicated to providing personalized virtual care that empowers patients to confidently manage their health and achieve the best possible outcomes. In addition, Robyn serves as CHRO for Continuous Care’s parent company, Jackson Healthcare.

With more than 30 years of experience, Robyn leads human resources initiatives and programs aligned with the organization’s mission of improving the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone it touches, as well as its culture, leadership development and growth strategy. Since joining the enterprise in 2011, she has been a driving force in expanding the extensive associate professional and wellbeing offerings that Jackson Healthcare is recognized for through its Great Place To Work certification and appearance on multiple Fortune best workplaces lists.

A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Robyn serves on its board of trustees and holds advisory and executive board positions for the university’s Coles College of Business. She is also a past board chair of Connections Homes and volunteers with Open Hand Atlanta and Junior Achievement. Recognized for her commitment to fostering exceptional workplace environments, Robyn is a recipient of the “Great Place To Work For All Leadership Award.”
